By downloading, installing, or using DepthDrift ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of DepthDrift.

2. Description of Service

DepthDrift is an idle cave exploration game for iOS devices. The App allows you to:

• • Manage characters and send them on expeditions
• • Upgrade facilities and equipment
• • Collect resources and progress through the game
• • Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. User Accounts and Data

The App stores game progress locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• • Backing up your device to preserve game progress
• • Maintaining the security of your device
• • Understanding that save data cannot be transferred between devices

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• • Premium currency and items have no real-world value
• • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and device
• • We may modify or discontinue premium features with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• • Use automated tools or scripts to play the game
• • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Japan.
